The administrative assistant will work with the Pastors to create the weekly bulletin and email newsletter. These will both have to be prepared by Friday. The Administrative Assistant will have four hours each week to accomplish this and work whenever they prefer while one of the pastors is in the office. If a time when a pastor is in the office cannot be arranged, then a compromise can be discussed. Part-time: 4h/week QUALIFICATIONS: ... - Be able to use computer programs including email, word processors (Google Docs), and other Google Suite applications - Proficient in typing, grammar, and spelling - Able to work independently DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Preparing the bulletin each week - Printing and setting out the bulletin - Preparing the weekly email newsletter

This year our church will be filling 12 Christmas Food Hampers. In an effort to keep everyone safe, we are asking for monetary donations instead of food stuffs so that fewer people will need to go in the stores shopping.
