HaPpY ONE yEaR CENTRO There is one word that comes to mind for us...GRATITUDE. If we had known that we would be faced with a pandemic during our first year , perhaps we might have held off on opening our doors. We are grateful that we didn’t have that crystal ball.... This year has taught us that we are ALL capable of doing hard things. We are ALL teachable. We are ALL able to adapt with the support of our family and friends. As much as this is a celebration of partnership, we are also celebrating our community today! It is you that has kept our hope alive. We are well aware that if it wasn’t for your trust in us we wouldn’t be here today! We are humbled that you have travelled from out of town to experience Centro. We are thankful that even when we were forced to close our doors and adjust our sails, you gave Centro takeout a go! Our vision remains the same~ To continue growing, and mending the bumps and bruises along the way. Phase 3 means restaurants will be allowed to open come Friday . We will NOT at this time be opening our doors to our dining room quite yet . We are so grateful to be back serving you. Human connection is amazing isn’t it? We feel a sense of normalcy return as you walk into our little Centro Courtyard. We’ve missed you CK and beyond. Thank you for coming back for much needed food, drink and laughter!

Although our Courtyard at Centro isn’t officially open for service until next week, we think it’s a great spot to enjoy your takeout and sip on a cold one! Have a wonderful weekend friends. Enjoy this beautiful weather, keep healthy, and stay HaPpY. CHEERS!

As we enter these reopening stages , please know there is NO one more excited than the 4 of us, at the idea of welcoming you back to Centro . That being said , please be patient with those of us in the hospitality industry . The constant changes we’ve all had to adapt to take time , and as much as we’d love to welcome you all back right away , it will still be a little while . Our dining room will NOT be reopening , until we get the green light from the provincial government .... For now we’ve been working on an outdoor space . We’re excited to share it with you , but we realize we will still be faced with restrictions . Before we can open this space up to everyone , we must make sure we’ve met all that is expected of us . After the 3rd week of navigating our new adventure with TAKEOUT, all we can say is THANK YOU. It has been quite an adjustment learning how to bring the best service to your home. The support of our community has blown our minds! In these uncertain times we take comfort when you pull up to our doors, and Ben sure is having a blast cruising around town delivering the goods. It’s fun being re-united with some of our crew, although we CANNOT wait until our dining room is open again and the rest of them get back to work.
