Hi Kim (cc Sean), We are very excited the government announced the re-opening plan of Phase 3 Allowing 50 person meetings I just wanted to touch base as over the past few months Advantage AV has purchased all equipment needed to be able to accommodate virtual meetings over Zoom & WebEx (meaning we will no longer have to outsource this service). With only 50 people allowed in person with social distancing measures in place, we understand these meetings may also need to be ...streamed; so we wanted to make sure we were set up to accommodate this new normal. We can accommodate up to 500 people streamed at any given time. Also keep in mind we have plenty of pipe & drape should the need be there to block off for social distancing blocks. COVID-19 UPDATE: Venue Facilities REOPENING, Catering Division and Administration Office OPEN FOR BUSINESS EFFECTIVE JULY 17, 2020 the Centurion Center is OPEN for business. We are ensuring compliance with all restrictions from the Government of Ontario, directives from Ottawa’s Chief Medical Officer, and guidelines issued by the Public Health Agency of Canada in response to the COVID-19 pandemic regarding social gatherings. All indoor events are limited to a maximum of 50 pe...ople during Stage 3, as mandated by the Province. Our Catering Division and Administration Office are also OPEN for business, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with catering deliveries available on Saturdays as well. Calls and e-mails will be answered weekdays during business hours, and voicemails/ messages left after hours will be returned on the next business day. We are not currently accepting walk-in clients, however, are now offering appointments for facility tours or other in-person meetings. We look forward to welcoming everyone back as Ontario continues to gradually move towards reopening amid the pandemic.
