We are very excited to see the 5th floor units completed. 38 units sold and very proud of the final look. Stay tuned as we complete the improvements to common areas of the building. The Lark wine bar is also under renovation on main floor with a projected opening in mid to late May.

I am very proud of the work our team is completing as we get ready for the last few suites on the 4th floor. Next challenge: completion of the final floor (5).

Another unit ready for occupancy. 15 now occupied with 4 more next weekend and the balance of 4th floor by mid October. Hoping all units are finished for December 1.

Great progress taking place with our first 2 owners moved in and more to come soon. 2 more sales today leaves only 5 of 38 units available. Many building upgrades coming including exterior awnings, new tile in main and 2nd floor areas, fitness club on site and more. Call today before we are sold out.

Well it looks like we will have finished several units in a couple of weeks as flooring and kitchens are getting installed in the first group of units on the 3rd floor. Occupancy is May 1 for 3rd floor, July 1 for 4th and September 1 for 5th. We have ordered new tiles for the common areas of main and 2nd floors. We appreciate the patience by our current office tenants as we move through this construction and you will see a temporary cover to atrium to allow scaffolding to install new windows above and make repairs. We have just reached a new milestone with 25 reserved units with the majority of these having signed full agreements.
