November 11 is Remembrance Day in Canada and other countries around the world. It has been observed since the end of the First World War on November 11, 1918. On this day we wear poppies to honour our veterans. Please note that our office will be closed on November 11 but we will respond to your emails and calls on November 12.

Our test centre re-started testing computer IELTS on July 2. We currently still have a few seats available in the 1st week of August - August 4, 5, 6 & 8. Testing at CES Toronto Exams has been suspended for all tests - IELTS, OET, CELPIP. For the protection of our staff and candidates and following a directive from Toronto’s Medical Officer, no tests will take place and the office will be closed. In response to COVID-19, CES Exams Toronto has cancelled: * OET Test March 20 to May 1 inclusive. * Paper-Based IELTS on Saturday, March 21 at CES Exams(Academic and General)... * Paper-Based IELTS on Saturday, March 21 at Oxford College(Academic and General) * Paper-Based IELTS on Saturday, March 21 at JDL Consulting(Academic and General) * Computer-Delivered IELTS on Sunday, March 22 (Academic and General) * All IELTS Tests and other exams from Friday, March 20 to Sunday, May 3, 2020 have been suspended. Testing is provisionally scheduled to resume on Monday, May 4, 2020. All test takers will be notified by email and given the opportunity to rebook a future test date or receive a refund. CES Exams Toronto continues to test both paper-based and computer-delivered IELTS. In response to COVID-19, we are taking the following actions: Checking that no candidate has traveled from areas of widespread transmission within the past 14 days or is showing symptoms of illness and transferring the test date of anyone at risk... Providing hand sanitizer at all finger scan stations and examination rooms Promoting proper handwashing hygiene in Test Centre washrooms Sanitizing all computer keyboards and mice after each test (computer tests) Providing a new pencil to each candidate for the speaking test Allowing any staff and candidates to wear a facemask if desired (please note that candidates must remove facemask on request for identification and photo) CES Toronto is monitoring advisories from the World Health Organization, Public Health Ontario and working with our Test Partners to continually adapt our test policies and procedures to address this developing situation.
