Welcome, Ryan Cumpsty, to the Norak coaching team! Ryan has over a year of previous coaching experience and over 30 hours of shadowing/assisting classes at Nora...k CrossFit. On-top of this, he has also spent many hours apprenticing with our head coach and attending group classes. This not only highlights his dedication to learn and grow, it shows that he understands the importance of being a part of our community and practicing what we teach. . Students at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College put on a CF24 event on Monday, challenging their peers to raise funds for Special Olympics and to start their Monday with 4 back-to-back CrossFit WODs! This group raised $3,240.00 in just 2 weeks, had a blast meeting some local Special Olympics athletes, and we’re confident we have a new group of Special Olympics supporters in this crew!
