How do you know when it's time to let go? I was at the dentist's office today to get my tooth extracted. I was so nervous that I felt like I was going to pass out. I was angry over the fact that this tooth had been causing me all these issues for over a decade. My dentist said, "let it go". He lost his father last week. It was just what I needed to hear in that chair with my missing tooth. A huge sense of relief came over me. It was not only about the anger that I had over ...my tooth, but it was about more than just that. Not letting go and staying in it will always make me feel broken, depressed, and frustrated.
