Are you connected in some way to a Canadian based 9-14 year old? Check out the WHERE challenge... The Canadian Federation of Earth Sciences, through Mining Matters, is connecting you to this challenge, where kids investigate why minerals and metals matter. "What on Earth is in your stuff and WHERE on Earth does it come from? WHERE stands for the places where Earth scientists work: Water, Hazards, Energy, Resources, and Environment. There are thousands of dollars in prizes to ...be won and you can enter as a group, an individual or a school. All you have to do is use your imagination and dig up some interesting facts about your stuff. The 2020 WHERE Challenge runs from September 14, 2020 to March 4, 2021." Please share widely so we can reach as many 9-14 year olds as possible. https://www.cfes-fcst.ca/where-challenge
