Spring Fling X! What an incredible weekend. Thank you to all the local CrossFit Affiliates who continue to support our event. Congratulations to all the athlete...s who competed, we put you through quite the weekend of work! Congratulations to the winners, you embody all that is CrossFit and that’s super cool. WE CANNOT THANK OUR VOLUNTEERS ENOUGH! We literally cannot run the event with out you. You are amazing. You make this community amazing. And we love you! Thanks to all our sponsors! Again. We could not do it with out you! Special thanks.. To @skhearn27 aka DJ-Hearn-Dizzle for putting together a well thought out, kick ass playlist for the weekend. Spring Fling 17.11.2020

Spring Fling X Surprise! WOD #4 8mins AMRAP 50ft Handstand walk (split however) (scaled 100ft bear crawl)... 100ft tank push (split however) Score is total rounds + reps Standards Handstand walk: 5ft increments. split as needed between athletes. Athletes must start with feet behind the make denoting the start of the movement. Stepping across or on the line before kick up = no rep. If at any time athletes come down from the hands he or she must restart from the last increment crossed. Both hands including palms and fingers must cross the line marking the 5ft increment. Each 5ft section will count as 1 rep. Scaled bear crawl: athletes must place Both hands on the ground behind the line to denote starting. During the bear crawl athletes must touch both palms to the floor and raised hips above height of head so as to be supporting some body weight with arms. If at any time athletes stand up, drops to the floor or hips below head he or she must restart last increment crosses (5ft increments). BOTH hands and feet must cross the line to be counted as a rep. Tank push 1 athlete pushes tank at a time. Tank must fully cross increments to count as a rep.
