However, due to public health concerns, many of our lawyers and staff are working remotely from their homes, and we have been forced to lock the doors to our office premises. We are attempting to conduct business as usual by telephone, email and video-conferencing means so please do not hesitate to contact us by these methods. Until further notice, we are restricting face-to-face meetings between our lawyers, staff and clients to matters whic...h absolutely require such personal contact, and in that case, only by prior appointment and according to protocols which will ensure the safety of all concerned. In order to allow for safe mediation during the pandemic, we are offering remote mediation using Zoom Video C...onferencing. There’s no need to meet in-person and risk transmission of the virus. Zoom is a powerful software uniquely suited to remote mediation, allowing for virtual breakout rooms for private caucuses and online document sharing between participants. All each participant requires to participate is a good internet connection and access to a smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam. We take care of all the rest.
