Some relationships may outgrow the constant bickering toward each other in the childhood days, however, some may not. And the added stress of a family enterprise may fuel the fire of an already strained relationship. Feb 25 we will address the unique complexities of effective communication management in family enterprises and provide conflict management techniques to support improved interpersonal dynamics. Family businesses are complicated. When conflicts arise in a family business, they are often more complex and difficult to resolve than in a non-family business. A family business constitution is one way to address this complexity. Our upcoming workshop on March 4th will provide participants with a detailed overview of the strategies around establishing a formal family council and explore in detail the components of an effective family constitution.
