During these unprecedented times with rapidly evolving laws everyday, we have some light to a particular situation at hand with regards to Witnessing of Wills, the Ontario government has now stepped in to allow for virtual witnessing of wills and powers of attorney during the pandemic by a regulation under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act; (of course there are conditions)- Thank you to the Government of Ontario for your prompt action!
