Chair Dance and Movement Class: For one hour every week let Imogen, osteopathic manual practitioner and dance instructor, take you through fun dance rhythms and gentle balance retraining exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and mobility. Combining a love of manual osteopathy and dance, this class is designed for abilities of all levels. This class is ideal for people suffering with conditions such as arthritis, chronic pain, low back pain an...d many other health and mobility issues.
