During this extraordinary and difficult time, we’d like to say thank you to all of our customers, staff, and contractors for their adaptability and thoughtfulness. We’ve been using this week to communicate directly with those whose schedules and travel plans have been impacted. If we’ve missed communicating with anyone, please let us know. For those folks now inquiring, we thank you for your interest, but in solidarity with the community and with other local accommodation pr...oviders who have temporarily ceased operations in an effort to help prevent the spread of covid-19, we have not been and will not be accepting reservations for dates in the near future. The more cooperation and solidarity we demonstrate now, the sooner we will be able to get moving toward a new normal. We are all in this together (apart). Again, thank you all for your patience and support. We look forward to reconnecting with everyone once this has all settled down, and wish good health to all.

Our trusty bear-proof bin has been excavated from the overnight snowfall, driveway has been plowed, and we're ready for more! The New Year is off to a great start.

Claude the snowman is mad because Renée got first tracks (art sculpted by our guests). With almost 30 cm of new snow expected overnight, there should be plenty for everyone. Happy New Year from Chalet Revelstoke!

Kudos to all the many professionals working hard through the nights and days to try to keep the rest of us moving and safe. Avalanche pros, guides, road crews, equipment operators are unsung heroes -- making life and death decisions, keeping the highways safe and moving...and even a great job on our driveway, too!
