We have families, work, school..., then there is training and food prepping and sleep..How do you fit it all in. 1. Understand why health and fitness is a priority for you. Take a moment, jot down all the reasons you should make it a priority. 2. You need to change how you see it..Exercise is the energy you need to be a better parent or partner, better at a demanding job or school. If your clear mentally, your more likely to make the time. 3.Getting it done. Pay attention to what makes you feel the best rather than trying to keep up with what everyone else is doing. Everyone has different likes, food prefrance. Enjoy your eats and exercise. 4. Just say No..Acknowledge and honor your right to protect your self interests when others are makeing requests that over burden you. You are important! ! Love yourself!!
