Chambers Sage and Bay Leaf Prime Rib Roast 15 dried bay leaves, crumbled 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves coarsely chopped 1/2 cup olive oil... Salt and pepper 1/3 cup finely grated orange zest 1 7 lb (three-rib) prime rib roast Stir together bay leaves, sage, oil, 1 1/2 tsp salt, and the orange zest in a small bowl. Add pepper to taste. Rub herb mixture all over the roast. Refrigerate roast, covered, overnight. Preheat oven to 450. Transfer roast, fat side up, to a roasting pan; let stand until it comes to room temperature, 30 mins to 1 hour. Roast 30 mins. Reduce temperature to 350. Continue to roast, until desired doneness (115 degrees for rare, about 1 hour). Let stand 20 mins (temperature should rise to 125 degrees), and slice. See more

Chambers Skillet Beef Ziti Skillet Beef Ziti 1 lb ground beef 2 cups tomato sauce ... 2 cups water 2 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 2 1/2 cups ziti noodles 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley as garnish, optional Brown the ground beef in a large skillet set over med-high heat. Drain away grease. Stir in tomato sauce, water, Italian Seasoning Blend, and cayenne pepper and bring to boil. Stir in the uncooked ziti noodles, cover, and reduce the heat to low setting. Simmer until the ziti is tender, about 20 mins. Remove from the heat and remove the cover from the skillet. Stir in the sour cream and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining cheeses and recover. Allow to rest until the cheese has melted, about 5 mins. See more
