Small update. We wanted to let everyone know that since about mid october we've been experiencing long waits for certain products. We have also been informed that box stores are no longer carrying free Delta cartridges. We're not sure why this is.. Getting Delta and moen warranty parts has been trying as of late. We Recommend All Clients whom need Moen or delta parts or any brand of parts for that matter. To call the manufacturer warranty line and have the manufacturer s...end out the parts before making an appointment. This will greatly speed up the process and free up time on our end. Other parts have been venting materials, Nova vent in particular. We will keep working hard to source these materials but please be patient as manufacturers have been slow getting things out during this pandemic. Thanks for your support stay safe out there. JC

Seasonal update. Hi, sorry I haven't been on the ball with updates lately. We've been the busiest we've ever been.. Reno's back to back to back, with service calls stuck in there. Wanted to remind everyone that we only book online now. Visit our website or click the book now button. This helps us in so many ways! I realize that not everyone likes to book this way. But my regular customers have commented and said it's perfect. - leave as much information in the booking a...s possible. We get back to you before the booking day to talk about the job. - Pricing is available for most tasks and the ones that don't have a price I try my best to get the prices to you as quickly as I can. Another issue we have been seeing is lack of materials at the wholesalers. Especially Moen, delta. Some tubs are 8weeks out. Moen had a faucet that was 3 months. So as a friendly reminder. All renovations should be booked 3 months out or no less than 4 weeks. Be proactive and order your finishes long a head of time. Some contractor's have been keeping trades fully seperated so the jobs do go a bit longer. If there are any questions please do let me know I'll try my best to answer them.

Cleaning an RP cross connection valve to a boiler feed.

Leaking toilet? Pro tip for getting parts for that new style toilet. Under your toilet tank cover is usually a sticker like this. Call the number and order your parts! If I don't have this information it's usually hit and miss. Have a Toto toilet I'm having issues getting parts for currently.

Riobel vs Pricefister hoses I said in a previous post that there are sometimes massive gaps in quality.. but not necessarily in price. Both of these are made in china. Obviously the Riobel comes with a shower bar in these pictures but can come in similar configuration as the Pricefister. Regardless one is PVC and one is the typical rubber hose with metal slinky as I call it. Riobel comes with an added check valve to stop the head from dripping endlessly after use. Next time you buy a hose like this always steer away from the PVC models.

I've been meaning to do a video on Quality fixtures vs non-quality. I will get to it eventually. Maybe this winter. The issue is in the store some brands looks great.. Until their installed. Shower wand hoses. They range so widely it's crazy how some manufacturers pull what seems like a wild swing and a miss by cutting costs. So in the end Always Choose at the very least Contractor grade Delta/Moen/Kholer/American standard/ Or Bravado Essentials as we completely trust them. Pfister, Amazon no name , box store house brands.. stay away! You will end up replacing them with in a few years time.

We had planned to open for June 01 but thinking we'll push back a week. We're scrambling to get some taxes done as well as estimates done before opening. We also manage the Bravado Essentials line of faucets and accessories. A new order came in and will be having some more photography done and placing them up on the website. We also do custom orders for retail or wholesale. Wholesale orders are $700 minimum. So if you're doing a Reno you can definitely save some big money compared to the wholesalers and big box stores.
