" I want to be more flexible/do the splits to be better at sex" LOL I KNOW THIS IS WHY YOU WANNA DO THE SPLITS But did you know that being able to do the splits in specific but also moving is not flexibility. It's mobility. ... Most of us have been taught that flexibility= mobility What ever your reason to become more flexible, you may need to look into doing mobility drills and strengthening vs. just stretching. Because once you get in that split position.. Don't you wanna be able to bounce around a little?

I'm sharing the story below because for a long time I didn't think it was possible to feel happy in a day and I know others feel this way. I've always thought that my value came from showing up harder better faster and more. Whether it was for bosses, partners, friends, business, family ect. ... Every moment, thought and emotion devoted to someone or something else.There was always akalades for helping and sacrificing and someone/something to blame if I felt life was shitty. I ended up with really low self esteem, lack of self worth and a fear of actually processing my own emotions like fear, shame and sadness. My value had become completely dependant on how I thought others thought of me. This inflicted shame, anxiety and eventually a need to escape those painful emotions. Which I did everything including giving everything I didn't have away again. I have started doing very specific mindset and boundary work. Guess what. All those people and things I thought would never get on with out my sacrifice.. are doing fine I am working on being ok with actually feeling emotions such as shame and sadness by using the time I used to give away to process thoroughly. This is creating space in my mind to begin exploration, learning, energy, play, joy, creativity, passion and self awarness. I will be sharing more of my self-awareness journey on my feed. Because I wish I had some content like this when I felt worthless and stupid. This is a happy post. Just a lil raw as my journey is very fresh.
