Tried our best to mimic Mother Nature with this retaining wall for a fire pit area. Completed the look with a couple rustic chairs from a tree we took down on the property. #stoneylake #stonylake #mothernature #retainingwalls #kawarthalakes @ Stony Lake

Here an update on a removal that was started last year. The maple was in severe decline and unfortunately had to be removed. We salvaged as much of the tree as possible to be repurposed. We left the peg standing for the winter to allow it to dry out naturally a bit before taking the log away to be milled in the future. ... Big thank you to Redpath Crane & Dragline for helping us out with this! Excited to see how the slabs turn out!
We are back working full time now that the government has given us the green light! We will be following social distancing protocols for the safety of our staff and customers. It’s gearing up to be a busy summer and we happy to be out serving our community again. ... Give us a call for an estimate today and stay safe everyone!

To do our part and keep the community safe we have temporarily shut down operations as of March 23, 2020. We are still available for hazard tree removal/pruning or storm damage should anyone need it following social distancing guidelines from the government. Feel free to contact us to book in your summer projects. ... We hope everyone stays safe during this time!
It’s up to all of us to manage our forests. This has not been reported in our area yet but it is important to monitor its progress.
We dug out some septic tank lids and installed an adapter, risers and new lids. No more digging looking for your septic lids makes it easier to have it pumped out every 3-5 years.
Some photos of a job we finished a couple weeks ago for some very happy clients on Stony Lake. We placed some rocks, created a garden and planted some trees.
Loaded up and ready for some tree planting and wood moving on Upper Stony. Beautiful day on the lake!
We were hard at work today trimming some boxwood hedges and treating some columnar oak trees for iron deficiency. Change of Scenery has the knowledge and experience to get your job done right! Let us know how we can help you!
