Yoga is about being adaptable, making the most out of the ressources we’re given and tapping into the hidden blessings within all things. Sadly our studio @thewellonbowen is temporarily closed once again, yet we’re hopeful and willing to do what we can to keep our beloved community safe and well. All our in studio classes will migrate to zoom in the coming weeks.... Be sure to check out our online Well Way Membership for an abundance of prerecorded classes and wellness rituals (follow link in bio). We need our self care practices now more than ever to be flexible in all ways. Stay well, wild and creative #thewellonbowen #bewell See more

May you trust the magic of New Beginings Known as Samhain in the Celtic tradition, this time of year was celebrated as the darkest and most regenerative season. A time to honour endings as a new beginnings, to remember that out of the fertile darkness, anything can arise ... #samhain #magicdark #samhainblessings See more
Take me deep into the wintry woods where hope glitters freshly worn - Angie Weiland Crosby Tonight is the winter solstice, the longest darkest night of the year. A powerful portal time for grieving, acknowledging what’s been lost, and letting go. A time for hope and new beginnings, and for trusting the rebirth that inevitably comes after death. ... It saddens me to announce that I’ll not be re-opening the brick and mortar @thewellonbowen yoga studio in the new year. Although the ending of this chapter comes with a heavy heart, its also filled with lightness and excitement for what’s to come. The Well has not run dry, but is simply shifting form to flow more abundantly. I’ll share more updates soon! Wishing you Winter Solstice Blessings of Release and Rebirth #thewellonbowen #yogastudio #wintersolstice #winterwonderland #thegreatconjuction See more
