Reminder! When you are given an estimated timeframe for a custom piece it is just that, an estimate, and I try my hardest to meet that deadline however it is not always possible, if you have a deadline it must be discussed with myself before I will accept the job, previously my turnaround time was 4-6 weeks, Currently it is 6 months, as I’ve mentioned before, I want to ensure you are receiving my best work. Also; moving forward when you are quoted a time frame for a custom pi...ece Nov and Dec will no longer count as months, as during these months retail is simply too busy. I will try and remember to ensure all my customers know this when booking after July. Patronizing behaviours will not be tolerated and may result in a forfeit of your customization slot. I will stand by my business choices and I look forward to another year of growth and many happy customers.
