At Springbank airport in Calgary, a small group of dedicated volunteers are working to recreate a national legend. The Avro Arrow is Canada’s greatest aircraft that never was... a once iconic piece of Canadiana that many today have not even heard about. COVID-19 hit really hard... the world, our country, our province, our city, and particularly, our elders living in retirement homes. At times, the constant media coverage made us feel like our fellow citizens were just numbers, but it's so important to remember that every person has a story to tell, especially the ones who have lived through several decades. Kudos to the filmmaker behind this. Jenny Schweitzer Bell truly captures the human story of our elders in this inspirin...g short documentary.
