The Digital Duo

Another first time! On Sunday, my best friend Alexandra Jane Favero and I met up and had a little treat. We do this thing where we get two or a couple things and split it so we both can have a taste of everything! ... I love it! It's only 7 days into 2020 and trying so many new things. So excited for what is more to come! Have you tried anything new lately?

Just did my first Zumba class with Manon! It was really fun and surprisingly challenging! You basically just got to keep your feet moving even if you don't know the steps. I thought it would be easy to just follow the steps and not break a sweat but I was wrong! Would definitely recommend and I would most definitely do it again. That was my exercise for today! ... Anyone like or has done Zumba? Have you moved your body today?

Got my 2020 planner! Anyone write their to do lists? Write goals down? Plan for the future? Some of you may say.. I track it on my phone. Me too! But I also do write it down. ... Writing it down makes you visualize and remember everyday what your purpose and intention is that day! Ever forget what you did a couple days or months ago.. I have! Wouldn't it be nice to remember or look back to see what you did and how you progressed from one year to the next.
