This is a cutting board that we use ourselves. As may be noted it has a sparkling gold border. If this is of interest we offer cutting boards with several different inlays. Please contact us if interested.

Our boards are made from locally sourced woods purchased in the raw state. Each board is: Sanded from 60 grit in stages to 320 grit Finished with 3 coats of penetrating oil, buffed between coats. Then 3 coats of top oil again buffed between coats ... Finally, 3 coats of pure beeswax are applied and polished. Because our boards are finished on both sides it makes them doubly useable.
