My lunch today. Chicken with potatoes and broccoli. The best part was the garlic aioli and mango pineapple salsa with Pico salsa mix. Looking forward to left overs now.

Pumpkin spice muffins made in the perfect petites baking pan. (Used 4 ripe bananas instead of the pumpkin and apple sauce for the oil) I did let the batter rest for 20 minutes before baking it. They turned out great.

These were made with 400 mls whipping cream and 1 brick softened cream cheese. A great dessert

Rotisserie chicken in the multipurpose steamer in the oven. The aroma brought all the kids looking for good food Added brown rice and peas to complete the meal.
