Making ice cream is constant testing and adjusting. Its tough to get right the first, second and third time. We love trying new things and making small changes to produce a better product. Our current vegan flavour (hibiscus tea) of small batch hard ice cream is the best vegan ice cream we've ever made. We plan to take what we did with this one and apply it to our other vegan flavours.
