I was swiping through some pictures this morning and came across this closet and immediately stopped thinking, Please let that be carpet, PLEASE let that be carpet! Not sure why I suddenly became so invested in the designer’s flooring choice in this closet, but my wish came true...it’s a pattern carpet and I’m mildly obsessed with it. I wouldn’t normally be drawn to carpet, but what can I say, the heart wants what the heart wants . Every once and a while I show a house that just makes me feel at home. It doesn’t happen often, but today it did . I showed this beautiful house at 12 Maynard in Dartmouth (listed by @listwithjess). My client and I wanted to put on our slippers, pull up a stool at the island and grab a cup of tea. As luck would have it we were just putting our slippers on and the Seller came home.
