For that reason we can assure you that we have cleaning procedures and policies in place to provide a safe and clean environment for our patients and team. We continue to adhere to strict sterilization and disinfectant protocols. It is our common practice to wipe down all surfaces in the treatment rooms with hospital grade disinfectant and to change protective barriers on clinical touch points that you see our plastic wrap between each and every patient. In light of the COVID-19 situation we have increased the frequency of cleaning frequently touched surfaces in our common areas. We have always had hand sanitizer and Kleenex for your use and wiped down surfaces during the day. We will increase the frequency of disinfecting these surfaces. The overall health and safety of our clients and staff is a team effort, so we would like to remind you of a few policies that we have in place and some suggestions on how you can do your part. If you are sick or feeling unwell; remain at home Take care with young children when in public spaces, they love to touch things and we want them protected as much as possible Frequently washing your hands with soap & water for a minimum of 30 seconds (sing Happy Birthday song to yourself or out loud that’s about 30 seconds!) Cover your mouth and nose if you need to sneeze or cough Do your best to not touch your face with your hands remember this and many other germs are spread in this way Do take good care of yourself and others.
