To all our clients we have missed you dearly and we are excited to announce that we will be open by appointment only, effective Monday June 15th. We will be calling all clients that had their appointment cancelled due to our closure in the order they were received. If you didn’t have an appointment cancelled please call us so we can put you on the waiting list. We have taken steps to ensure your health & safety in all areas of our salon. Here’s how we are going to keep ev...eryone safe during your service. Services are by appointment only. Cleaning and sanitization of retail and salon area throughout the day. There will be a limited number of guest to achieve physical distancing (2m/6ft.). Your stylist will be wearing PPE, masks, aprons, gloves. Wearing a mask during your service is required. A disposable mask will be provided for you if you do not bring your own. Hand washing and complete station sanitation will be done between every guest. Closure of salon waiting area so only yourself will be able to enter for your service. Hand Sanitization will be provided for all guests. We encourage payment via credit/debit card. No beverage service offered, you may bring your own if needed. We miss and value each and every one of you and we will get to you as soon as we possibly can. Thank you for your patience.

We are now open for your retail experience. We can't wait to see you. Curbside pickup is also available for those who would prefer it. We have everything in place to welcome you back into the Salon as soon as the Government give us the ok. See you soon.

Dear Chatters Friends and Family, To do our part to slow the spread of the virus, we will be extending the closure of our salon until further notice. Dear Chatters Friends and Family, During these extraordinary times, our hearts go out to everyone impacted. The health, safety and well being of everyone in our community is our highest priority. As the impact of COVID-19 continues to be felt around the world we need to do our part in flattening the curve. We have made the decision to voluntarily and temporarily close our salon beginning Thursday March 18th for a 2-week period. We are anticipating April 1st at 9 am as ou...r next day of business. We are very thankful for our Chatters team and extremely proud of how they have come together to support each other during this difficult time. We will continue to support our team in any way we can. During this time, we remain committed to serving you, our clients: If we were unable to reach you about your upcoming appointment, we will help you get any services you may have had scheduled re-booked upon reopening. We will do confirmation calls the night before your scheduled appointment on March 31st as usual. We’ll accept any product purchased in salon for exchange at any Chatters Salon for an additional 30 days following our reopening date with proof of purchase.
