Schezwan fried rice is a popular fried rice variety from the INDO CHINESE CUISINE. It is quite popular & is most ordered in Indo-Chinese restaurant. Unlike the regular fried rice, schezwan fried rice is hot & spicy with bursting flavors of ginger, garlic, soya sauce & red chilli paste. Usually ordered with Veg Manchurian or Gobi Manchurian.

Gobi Manchurian is an Indian Chinese fried cauliflower dish. Gobi Manchurian is the result of the adaptation of Chinese cooking and seasoning techniques to suit Indian tastes and has become a staple of Indian Chinese cuisine.
