A local twist on Grow Forage Cook Ferment fermented cranberry honey. Chef Wade added dried Staghorn sumac flowers to Cheakamus honey and Cultural Educator Aura substituted traditional Wild Ginger. Results are in from the friendly no-cook cook-off. Both are delicious!
