We cracked open a 13 year old Vacche Rosse Parmigiano. Look at those crystals! A cheese enthusiast must have. These wheels don’t come around to retail often hence a do not miss item let alone one aged 13 years. The Vacche Rosse is the original parm formula using milk from a red cow (only found regionally in Italy).
