Hi, dear friends, here are some new updates about our Yaki Pudding Cheesecake: We just realized the Yaki Pudding Cheesecakes have been fully booked until Nov. 1st, 2020. So, we are not able to make any more before Nov. 1st. We are really sorry for the inconvenience! Our online preorder window for November is now open, and you can start placing orders for the next whole month. Another update is about our Pacific Mall store. Due to Pacific Mall COVID-19 restrictions, we are... not able to have any lineups inside the mall. Therefore, we might need to close the Pacific Mall store for a while, and there won't be Yaki Pudding Cheesecakes for walk-in customers at the Pacific Mall store. Please give us some time, we'll talk to the management office and keep you updated. Again, the Yaki Pudding Cheesecake is not a preorder-required item. But we highly suggest customers to preorder it online just in case it gets sold out quickly. Thank you

Tomorrow will be the last day of our 4th Anniversary Celebration! Due to Pacific Mall COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot have line up inside the mall. Therefore, our Pacific Mall location has to be temporarily closed tomorrow. Please visit our nearest location at G120-3250 Midland Ave, Scarborough (Finch & Midland). These days, we received lots of complaints about not having enough dessests in stock. Basically everyone is asking "why don't you just make more cakes? Is it that hard? " Well we really wish we could make more cakes, of course, we do but, you know, good food never comes easy. In order to bring the most authentic taste, all of our cheesecakes have to be 100% handmade, and every single Cheese Garden's pastery needs to be freshly baked on a daily basis. For us, It's always ab...out quality, not quantity, that is our baseline. That's why we can't "just make more cakes" and we hope you could understand the difficulty. Every small business is having a really hard time right now because of the pandemic, including us. At first, we didn't even want to launch anniversary celebration this year, because such a big promotion can be fatal for our business at this particular moment. However, we knew a lot of our dear customers were waiting for it. The anniversary promotion has been a tradition for years, and we couldn't let any of you down. We hope those cheesecakes can bring some happiness to you, to your families, and to your dearest ones. We know there are a lot of things where we need to improve, and we are working hard on it. Please give us more time. If there's anything we didn't do well during this busy time, please give us another chance. As a team, we will be stronger and better. At the same time we've also been receiving tons of kind messages, we want to say a big thank you to those who are always supportive, we truly appreciate that from the bottom of our hearts. We will bring more and more creative energy as well as deliver more and more delicious cheesecakes!
