Chef Trevor Adams

This weekend was my second dining experience at Milton Inn. I was blown away by the culinary expertise of Trevor Adams once again. I was with a group of 8 peopl...e and everyone left with rave reviews. We were served a multi course dinner. Every plate was presented beautifully. From butter made with his own harvested honey, in house made charcuterie meats ,vegetables grown on his property to apples and berries from the garden, Trevor’s passion for cooking and using locally sourced produce was present in every course.
