Public Announcement It is with mix feeling that I need to announce our latest required endeavour at Tony's Place (Chef Lucia's place of operation) in order to ensure ongoing food services for years to come. In order to secure our food service operating license, we have been advised by Service NB Health that the current commercial septic systems must be replaced since the current system's documentation outlining the precise specifications and configuration has been misplaced... and cannot be re-created. Although, there is no known issues with the current system and it has been properly serviced, we are being advised that a replacement of the system is required. Please know that it has been a difficult obstacle to overcome given the substantial investment required for such a system replacement; yet, I believe that I have found the right solution moving forward. At this point, Chef Lucia's food truck must be sold in order to address the unexpected expense which could not occur in a most difficult time. I trust that you will understand and appreciate the commitment being demonstrated in making sure that Tony's Place and Chef Lucia's continues to offer food services for years to come. I thank you in advance for your understanding and for any help in sharing the current post. Tony's Place continues to be a place of gathering where friends meet at the beach.
