Yesterday I cooked some Thai dishes for one of our clients Birthday lunch! The menu was : 1. Thai soup 2. Appetizer 3.Chicken fried rice 4. Massaman beef curry with special beef cut like boneless shank/short ribs... 5. Spicy mango salad with roasted peanuts topping My passion for cooking, esp Thai dishes even made me attend a number of Thai cooking workshops and I really love to know more about this versatile Thai culinary specialties.

We, who live abroad, know the similarity between a great outcome of 649 lottery & getting the taste of Hilsha after buying it emptying our pockets! We can only hope for the best till we get the first bite of a piece of this exquisite king of fishes! And for Tabassum Wardina our awesome long-lasting client (more than 4yrs), it seems to be a normal thing to get the best Hilsha in town, every single time! Food KOPAL!

There is quantity options for all family sizes! $50 Package: This is for single person, with chicken only $50, 2 proteins $5...5. $70 Package: 2 person family. We were overwhelmed with appreciation reading the wonderous comment made by our lovely client @Nusrat Sharmeen Leeza followed by tasting our " Shahi Chicken Pilaf" or " "! Thank you so much Leeza apa for your to-the-point comment fit for a real connoisseur of food! " It’s our first time trying TBC’s signature dish SHAHI MOROG POLAO. When the taste of Shahi Haleem is still full on...I must say your search for good food will end here. People who don’t understa...nd the difference between Chicken Biryani and Morog Polao should try this, it’s inevitable. What’s inside: lots of chicken (smaller pieces, cleaned properly, cooked perfectly so not smelly or falling apart), rice (good quality that is perfect for Polao), spice level (moderate, so kids can enjoy too) and most importantly no bomb in it means you are not going to find any cardamoms!! Not too much fried onions and green chilies found which make it superb for my kids. You really get your money’s worth in terms of their portion sizes and quality! I’d request TBC to make their signature dishes every weekend or alternate weekends to spread their amazing food in our community." See more
