While our office has always followed and surpassed the current infection control guidelines, this week we are busy little bees adding extra barriers to our operatories and prepping protocols to help with patient flow and staff safety, and to make your visit with us as safe as possible!!! With all the extra ...physical changes and staff protocols required by our regulatory colleges, we will only open for patient appointments Monday June 8/2020. You, as the patient, will notice some changes to your appointment: When confirming your appointment, you will be screened with Covid 19 symptoms questions. If you or a family member has been sick in the last 2 weeks, please reschedule for at least 14 days Appointments will be staggered to allow for physical distancing and to support appropriate time needed to reconstruct the room, and for the staff to change out their PPE Please wear a mask or face covering while in the office, removing it only when you are being treated. When you arrive for your appointment, we are asking you to please call us from your car to tell front desk you are here. They will alert you when its time for you to come in and will take your temperature and screen you again for Covid 19 Symptoms The waiting room will not be open for everyone, no more magazines, or coffee as they are hard to disinfect.But the free WIFI reaches the parking lot!! You may be asked to limit the number of people coming with you, if possible only the patient should enter. of course, if a small child is booked or a patient requires a support person, they will be screened and temperatures taken as well. Please wash your hands with our hand sanitizer as you enter the office Your dental team may look a bit different than beforeincluding gowns, head caps, masks and face shields..and all that equipment is hot!! Dr. Grebes daughter is obsessed with making TikToks, and she doesnt let the corona virus stop her. Luckily, shes able to drive to the office for a change in scenery, and film some TikToks while breathing surgically clean air. All viruses in the air are killed by the equipment in the office, so she is able to be safe while having fun

An important message to our valued patients...The Royal College Of Dental Surgeons of Ontario has recommended that all elective procedures and preventive-hygiene services be suspended for the next 2 weeks to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. In our environment there are a lot of aerosols present and we know our state of the art air purifiers will help isolate any viruses and bacteria to keep you safe. In dentistry we create aerosols by using the high speed hand piece and the ultrasonic scalers. We have an air sterilization system that removes and kills bacteria and viruses from the air. This system is used in the medical centers of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors. We have these units in every single operatory, corridor and waiting room. We have surgically clean air! We accept all referrals for children and adults for oral moderate sedation and general an...esthesia. With shorter wait times due to increased general anesthesia days our wait times are short so we are able to accommodate your referrals and patients sooner! We will provide your office with a report of treatment rendered and we will not accept any requests from patients to become permanent patients at our office, unless they have departed from your office for more than 12 months.

With the threat of the Coronavirus lingering in the air, we want to reassure all of our patients that we use sterilized, surgically clean air that kills viruses and bacteria. Your trip to the dentist should always be worry free!
