Hi everyone, I hope you all have been staying safe and finding moments of joy being at home. As many of you have probably seen the province is looking at reopening in the next week. At this point I am going to continue only offering telehealth sessions for the time being. I want to ensure the clinic would be a safe place to return to and don’t want to rush anything at this point. I am cautiously optimistic, as I’m sure many of you are, but want to err on the side of caution ...at this time. I would hate to open to only transition back to online counselling quickly. Any clients with appointments scheduled over the next month please assume they will be online and if that changes I will contact you directly. I hope this sits well with you all and look forward to continue to provide counselling services Chelsea
Hi everyone, Thanks for your feedback with the survey. Due to the limitations we decided to try a different format for us! What Robyn (YQL Nutrition) and I have done is created a workbook with the information we were hoping to share with you. We will provide this to you via email and on June 15th we will run a zoom call to answer any questions and go over the information provided. We are hoping by breaking it up this way it feels manageable then an extended 4 hour call or breaking it up into weeks. Check out the event for more enough and send me a message if you have any questions!
Hi Everyone. We are looking at options for the Health & Wellness Workshop we had to postpone in the fall. I was wondering what options may feel most helpful and least overwhelming for people at this time. If you don't feel comfortable answering the poll please feel free to DM. Thanks so much! ( I can only do a poll of two -- or I am not tech savvy-- previous poll was to wait until it can be held in person or zoom/recorded)

Do you feel pressure to "make the most" out of lockdown? Let it go.
Why are psychological reactions to COVID-19 so important? Psychological factors, not just physical ones, shape how effectively communities respond to a threat. Tips on staying calm yet vigilant. #COVID19 #pandemic #socialdistancing
I have compiled some resources and general coping strategies, based on common themes discussed with clients over the past couple weeks. I will be adjusting it as needs and topics change. However, I thought I would share it on here in case anyone would find it helpful to have a place to organize their thoughts, help you with the stress of social distancing, or managing any anxious feelings you may have at this time.
