Guyssss!!! I did the year of this program and HIGHLY recommend it. The community got me through the last year of highs and lows. The self care and self discovery made me such a better person. Some of it was online due to covid but Tina made it so special and added 2 programs to the month event that it made it even more incredible. Let's talk mental health for 2021 Last year was a rollercoaster for everyone. Incredible highs and extreme lows. This year will be a bit similar but we have mostly adapted to our new realities. I'm so proud of all of us Post partum depression/anxiety is a real thing folks. I have experienced many changes in hormones throughout the years and thought this feeling was just my new reality with 3 young kids. But this was different, I was wearing noise canceling headphones con...sistently for the last 3 weeks. Then slowly as the days went on I became very closed off with people in my house as a coping mechanism. I started having wicked panic attacks over the holidays and finally I realized this wasn't normal. So I started a medical prescription and within a day I could breath again. Within 2 days I was tired but I wasn't having daily panic attacks. Within 3 days I was laughing again and not crying over tiny things I have helped many of you guys throughout the years and because of that I was able to recognize and help myself. There is 0 shame in having a mental health condition or crisis. There is 0 shame in medication. There is 0 shame in needing a medicine to feel better. Suffering is not worth it. I am always here for all of you

This has been coming up a lot the last few weeks with the mommas in my life. Quarentine with kids at this point is so hard, but I wanted to share what our kids really think Hope you're all doing well

Still getting ready to start work (PPE), my hours will be very limited and I won't be re opening my online booking system. Unfortunately this will mean I will only be able to accommodate a select group of people of who have been booking in monthly for years If I get cancellations I will continue to post here and if I update my hours I will let everyone know.... Thank you everyone for your continued support over the years, but for now the new baby has to come 1st, so my partial maternity leave starts now. Sooo we got the green light to go back to work, I'm sure some of you heard it on the news. BUT..... I'm not ready, I won't be coming back at all for the month of June. I need time to incorporate the new guidelines, I need time to figure out my new hours due to having kids out of school and daycare, I need time to figure out if I'm comfortable working at all during my pregnancy. I need time... I miss all of you and I know this is very hard on your bodies, I wish I could fix it all. But I can't, and I need to stay true to my gut instincts. I will know more within this month and I will send out a formal email with all of the new requirements. Until then, I hope you guys are all doing well.
