I was very impressed with the service we received form CHEM-DRY OF KAWARTHAS.The gentlemen who came was very polite explaned to us the procedure they were going to use to clean our carpet.After he had finished cleaning it, he took us and showed us the carpet. I thought he had put a new carpet down. That is how clean it was. I would highly recomment this compant to anyone who is looking to get a carpet clean. From my opening phone call which was met with professionalism of what this company has to offer . To the on time and extremely professional and knowledgable and the appreciation for my business. The finished job was better than my highest expectations. It felt like I was doing business with someone from my Father's era. It felt old school. I know the staff are all young people.
