During this time of great uncertainty there is one thing that remains sure, we need each other. From the designers, draftsmen, engineers, demol...ition crews, recycling yards, rental companies, concrete suppliers, masons, steel fabricators, excavators, material suppliers, delivery companies, siding, windows, insulators, electricians and their suppliers, HVAC and their suppliers, Drywaller’s, cabinet makers, flooring companies, paint and interior designers. Kitchen cabinet hardware suppliers, trim and mouldings, lighting, stairs and railing suppliers. All these and more have families, people that depend on them. Now is the time for grace and an attitude of thankfulness, a time for generosity as much as it depends on you. The smallest act of kindness will start a chain reaction to encourage someone who needs it today. There is someone out there who has less than you, where it’s possible, reach out. Get some extra groceries, make a phone call, don’t text if you don’t have to. We can still practice social distancing physically while offering an encouraging word. Thank your police officers, EMS, firemen, EMS, and don’t forget your grocer. They are on the front lines. Be responsible with your health and the welfare of others around you. In our case my guys are working on vacant housing, wiping down tools and surfaces regularly. Trades are separated so they can work by themselves as much as possible. Regular checks with foremen to ensure their employees are practicing proper procedures. We can do this together! What part of the food chain are you? Who are you dependent on? I am dependent on you, my grocer, teacher, garbage collector, pastor, retiree etc. I need my trades, I feed them and they take care of me.
