You're going to question your path. You're going to feel like you are spinning your wheels. You're going to want to quit. That's precisely the moment to keep pushing through.

ISN'T EVERYDAY VALENTINE'S DAY? . My coach Carlos Adell recently posted on how unless he was on the internet, he totally forgot that it was Valentine's Day a few days ago . I absolutely resonated with his post... . Years ago, the approach of Valentine's Day and not having a "special someone" would have had me wrought with anxiety . Watching all the lovebirds declaring their undying love for each other . Seeing Hallmark's stock go upwards as the day approaches . ........(I'm laughing as I write this by the way)....... . But shouldn't every day be Valentine's Day? . If you are partnered, shouldn't you be doing something every day to show your special someone that you care? . If you are single, shouldn't you be honouring yourself with self love and dedication to showing up as the best version of yourself? . It was a long journey (some 38 years in the making) to fully appreciate loving myself . To knowing who I am, what I'm worth, and where I'm going and not settling for less . To be ok going for dinner on my own or buying flowers for myself just because I want to . To not relying on anyone or anything to define my happiness . Because I choose to be happy in my own skin . I choose to operate from a place of love and acceptance . So even though this isn't "technically" Valentine's Day, Happy Valentine's Day . I hope you honour your right to live in joy, happiness and love . And if you aren't, WHY NOT???? See more
