Is there any interest in outdoor balance classes? I had talked about doing this indoors a couple of years ago, but never got it going. Time, date, cost, location, etc TBD, I'm just gauging interest at the moment. Let me know your thoughts, please!

I had a great time discussing all things fitness with other local professionals tonight, thanks to Flagstaff County for hosting us! AND...I think...I'll have good news soon for people who are patiently waiting for the Strength for 50+ classes to resume
