A Week of Focus - Day 6 Welcome to Day 6 Today you will choose an unproductive habit, thought or action you want to rid yourself of. You may choose from last week's "release" statements, or use one of your own.... Write your statement, starting with, "I want" then fill in the habit, thought or action you want to release, then add, "totally lifted from me" Next, replace it with a newer, productive habit. It may be related to the one you release, or a totally different one. Begin with "I want", then fill in the desired habit, thought or action. Today's example is: "I want to easily find myself remembering everyone is doing the best they can with the information and tools they have." Here's a tip on hor to re-wire your brain, to remove and replace negative thinking habits with positive ones. replace the words, "What if it doesn't"... with "What if it does". What if I don't succeed? .... What if I do succeed? What if they don't like it .... what if they DO like it....
