If this is you PLEASE have a listen as today CMHC made an announcement on some pretty big changes that come into effect July 1, 2020. Here is Dustan Woodhouse, someone I greatly respect in our industry, explaining the changes coming and how they are going to affect buyers. Not what any of us were hoping to hear that is for sure. If you are looking to purchase and you find something you love it may be time to write that offer and have your deal submitted prior to the July 1st deadline.
