This is how we door prize looking forward to the Remax River City virtual awards event later today watching some of our great realtor partners receive some amazing awards I was happy to build a few of the door prizes. Ive found my calling if I need a part time gig I think nothing like a whole lot of booze and snacks to make the winning even sweeter

On Saturday I received some amazing news - that I had reached a goal I set in my business at the beginning of 2020 thinking it was lofty considering I knew my baby was due to arrive in June lol. When the pandemic hit in March I didn't change the goal but figured the numbers might adjust slightly but kept to the grind. This award puts me in the top 3% of all DLC agents in Canada This is the time of year that we, in the Real Estate industry, get to give ourselves a pat... on the back and a high five (I'm finally learning to stop and enjoy and celebrate these moments more lol). I will say that without the lovely Kelsey Vankosky this would never have been possible. Her tireless dedication to my business, clients and to me I can't even begin to explain. She worked her brains out for 2 weeks straight in June while I had my son and July was the largest month I've ever had in my career. Her bonus (and mine) this year we decided was a team trip to Mexico later this year with our spouses This award is also due to all of my amazing realtor partners, clients and previous clients who call me back or trust me to help their friends, family and clients with all their mortgage needs. To all of you I am eternally grateful. As proud as I am to have helped over 100 families this year reach their home ownership goals this year was about more for me than numbers, income and DLC awards... 2 years ago I sat in a massive conference center with 15,000 other people in L.A at my first major #TonyRobbins event called UPW. In this weekend conference it was some massive ups and downs The ups?? I LITERALLY walked on fire.... it was insane but awesome The downs?? I realized I had an underlying belief that you cannot have it all. Be a good mom, run a good business, have a great relationship with family and spouse, have my health and also feel financial stability..... I thought one of these had to give. This recognition this year is the final nail in the coffin for that belief I used to have. You CAN have it all, you can be it all. Is it bubbles and rainbows all day everyday? lol. Heck no and I'm the last person to pretend life is perfect on Social - if anything I don't post a lot of my personal life but this one was a game changer for me. Ironically I also just finished a 5 day online #tonyrobbins course which is the first one I've done since #upw and this news came. Its one of those moments where you feel things align. To anyone who thinks the juggle isn't possible.... in the words of Tony that's bullshit lol. the juggle is everyday and its constantly changing but its possible is the key I now keep in my mind every morning when I get out of bed and have emails waiting for me and my babys smiling face looking at me Onward & Upward into 2021 folks!! I am humbled by everyone and anyone who also juggles this juggle all day everyday. You are champions

Fashion Friday and New Years Day!! Funny story about this Friday photo. I put this shirt aside all day knowing my munchkin is a drooler right now. Put him in it at 6pm ready for dad to come home so we could try a family pic for Olivers first New Years. Wouldnt ya know the kid did his first explosive poop in the following 30mins, totally trashed the back of the shirt and all I got was these pictures.....my theory? ...
