We were delighted to welcome the team from Tourism Tofino today on their annual familiarization tour. The deck of the Ocean Breeze Suite worked perfectly for a "distanced" meeting. We sent them back to work with some home-made goodies.

We are missing our Storm Watching season guests. Today was rainy, but the clouds drifted away at sunset to give us this gift.

It is definitely Storm Watching season! Today, guests are watching the big seas from the comfort and safety of their private suites. And even though the power is out, our gas fireplaces are keeping everyone warm. As one guest said today, It’s an adventure! It’s certainly dramatic! The tide will be going back out soon and power is expected back on by dinner time.
