Make the choices today, and every day, to bring you closer to your goals.... Choices determine your actions. Actions create habits. Habits become your identity. What choices will you make differently this year to make it better than last one?

Come back stronger. Make the choice today. There’s always a way. Exercise daily. Read daily. Drink more water.... Drink less alcohol. Practice an instrument. Work on a hobby. Invest time in that side business you’ve always dreamed about. Write. Draw. Paint. Build something. Every day, take a step forward. Every step you take will bring you closer to where you want to be, ! Commit today. Other people are going to regress. Choose progress.
There’s a story of a monk who goes out on a boat to the middle of a lake to meditate. While meditating, another boat bumps into his. The monk, feeling anger at the interruption, opens his eyes to yell at the occupant of the other boat. Once he opens his eyes, he sees the other boat is empty, and simply adrift. The monk then realizes his anger did not come from someone else, but from within himself. If you find yourself getting upset at someone for something they’ve said or do...ne, recognize two things: 1. They aren’t the source of your emotions; those come from within you. 2. You aren’t the subject of their actions; it’s a reflection of what’s in them. Take steps towards your goals, either under the watchful guidance of our coaching team from the comfort of your own home, or at your schedule with our video workouts! Contact us for more details!... For those of you who have already looked at the sign up page, you know tomorrow’s workout is going to look a little different. You won’t need your phone. Please bring a mat. Expect the format to be different.... We’ll still have distancing in place. If you’re uncomfortable being around other people, that’s fine. We have a video you can follow from home. If you aren’t feeling well, just stay home. No point in taking chances. Again, you can follow the video. If you want to have a high energy workout, and good time: Sign up.
