There are 2 different ways to pick up your holds starting Monday, January 11, 2021. You can make an appointment for a quick pick up at a predetermined date and time or give us a call from your vehicle and we will grab you holds and check them out to you as quickly as we can. We know that the appointment method works well for most people and there will be less of a wait once you get here, but we also know that some of you would rather drop by when you have the time. You may be receiving emails asking you to return your items. If you have already returned your items, please disregard the notice. If you have been unable to return them due to our closure, please return them at your earliest convenience. The return chute will be open from 9:00-6:00 Monday, and Tuesday, January 4 and 5th. Starting Wednesday, January 6th, the return chute will be open 24/7 again. Thank you to many of your who have asked about this and simply replied with a THANK YOU, when we have answered your emails and social media questions. We will have staff in the building starting Monday, January 4, 2021 and will open the chute while we are there during the day on the January 4 and 5th. Starting on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, we will keep the chute open 24/7 again. Curbside service starts on January 11, 2021.
