For all of my wonderful clients who are unable to attend due to that whole "living life" thing, here are the circuits for you to be able to continue to work out from home! Bench press (or pushups if you have no weights) Goblet squat (or box squat, if you are having mobility issues) Overhead press... Stiff leg deadlift + lat row Clock lunge (three times around) Front raise Curls This first circuit is the quickest and easiest. You can do it with no weight or scale it up as high as you want. Two times around, with sets of 10, is a great daily or semi-daily workout. If you have light and heavier weights, then do a warmup set, then a heavy set. Three is ideal - medium weight to 10 reps, heavy weight to 5 reps, then light weight to 20. The second circuit requires more weights, as they use alternating presses - one hand at a time instead of both. Alternating 1 hand bench press Clock lunge (three times around) Rear raises - yes, you have to do these! Do them properly! Alternating overhead press Goblet Squats Side raise (try not to cheat, if you have to, only the last few!) Skull crushers Pole squats/pole pistol squats Bicep Curls As always, if you have any questions, make sure you ask. Just because we can't get together right now, that doesn't mean I will be leaving you to your own devices. Everyone deserves a healthy body.

New project! Join us for the next 3 weeks (starting whenever you want). Declare what snack foods are considered ok, and buy them. Then for the next 3 weeks, you can only eat the ones you bought, that day, and no other snacks or junk. Little bit of willpower in this time of being stuck inside being lazy! Not a religious person myself, but Lent is one of my favourite holidays. Self-discipline is what makes the difference between "I will go the gym tomorrow" and "I am going to the gym today, because today is gym day, and even if I don't get 100% of the workout, I will get way more than not going". Feel free to post your stories! Can't just be me walking around with heavy things on my back, right?
